The rooms are newly renovated with private bathrooms and amenities like tea and coffee, and the staff are extremely friendly; the location is fantastic and the park offers excellent service and fabulous food.

For a Camping site, the Cottage was comfortable and quite nice. And it was close to the hotwater beach which we wanted.

Pretty high price for a camping site. View from the Cottage window unto the parking place was not very pleasant.

They offer a wide selection of delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Staff were super; always ready to help; always with a smile. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. Location..couldn't ask for more! Be aware it is isolated, aside from small resort shop, nil other shops around.

Smoking by other guests; due to proximity of cabins, smoke is intrusive. Possibly the park could institute a smokers corner far away from everyone else? Kitchen is beautiful but has no utensils...come prepared or they charge you to hire them!

No complains at all, the venue met the purpose, do recommend it. The breakfast was savoury - a great selection of dishes. Fantastic service, even though a few employees were not always friendly. It had a marvellous location close to Auckland as well as all the sights, very clean.

The service here was excellent, the local food was delicious, and the room was cozy, with efficient staff always being attentive.

Our stay at Hot Water Beach Top 10 was well worth the money. The cozy deluxe cabin provided just enough space for two and had all the essential amenities. The location was perfect, with a peaceful atmosphere and a short scenic walk to the stunning Hot Water Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, especially Sarah, who went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered a road closure on our first night. A special shoutout to her and the team for their excellent service.

The breakfast option could use some improvement, as it would have been great to have unlimited wifi included in the price. While we didn't mind washing and drying our dishes, it would have been a nice added touch to have it included in the service, especially considering the cost of our stay.

The location near the back football field was convenient, loved the new women's bathroom, and the staff were efficient.
